Sad thing. You are on an Island stranded forever. You are hungry. You like squid.

Good thing. There are squid in the kelp beds around the Island. Another good thing. You can have as many squid jigs with you as you like.

Sad thing. You can only have one type, colour and size squid jig with you.

What jig would you take? What make/colour/size?

Tells us a bit more about this lure please!!!

I do find that different types of jig work in different places - I used a big wooden jig with great success in Tassie - wont work here in Sydney!!

I would want a Juicy Jig. It really doesn't matter which one. What color works one night may not work the next day. The Juicy Glow with a red bead would be a first choice along with a Juicy Teaser in green, red, silver, gold, blue, or any color. Check them out at www.juicyjigs.com

I make the Bait Attack squid jigs and have had them trialed with fantastic results the world over - can be purchased via www.ausfish.com or myself. They really do work and are very cheap compared to others out there.

Message for Red Adams: There is a new type of squid jig available in the state of Washington now. You can see them at www.squidfishing.com It is recommended to be used together with the regular heavy type of jig. Outdoor Emporium will have them before the next season but it is already available in many other stores such as Sportco and Link's Tackle and Honda.
