I have 20 lbs of frozen squid from last winter want to make a salad like they have in hawaii or at some japanese restaurants. My guess is maybe fish sauce,sushi vinegar,seaweed,sesame seed and oil,ginger,sweet pepper..... If anyone has a good recipe with these types of ingredients i would be a very happy camper.
