Hi Guys,

Would like to know what is your favourite squid preparation method, and your quick recipe! Often very hungry after squiding and the squids are so fresh! Cant wait to try some new favour!

If prepared correctly, I just love Fried Squid.....But my wife, being a Filipina, cooks squid in so many different ways, and I enjoy all of them...

Another is, she cooks the squid with garlic,ginger, green onions, and some type of sauce she makes with the ink itself.... Very delicious over white rice...
