humboldt squid (california) weigh a LOT MORE than 3 kg! 
southern calamary (australia) weigh around 2kg when fully grown.
it would be good if you could provide a bit of background to your question.

Japanese big-fin reef squid get over 3kg but I think 1-2 kg ar regular size.

I am actually looking for species of squid common in the market (particularly, in the Asian Market) with BODY WEIGHT of:
- 2-3 kilos
- above (>) 3 kilos
