How can i differentiate between the real and fake Yaashita Squid Jigs ?
Price is usually a good indication.
Just like all other fishing gears, quality gears are never cheap. All premium jigs are well over $10+ each, and can get up to $30 depends on its brand and model. if you find a pack of 5 claimed to be "premium" jigs for $10 or $15, chances are they are not.

One trick is to look carefully at the packaging, another is if you have a genuine Yammy check the pattern of the luminous belly, then compare it to the fake at night,by shining a bright torch on it for a few secs.

alot of yamashitas have Yamashita written on the weight. The weight will usually also have 2 hold in it and it wont be shaped square or rectangular. The top of the body will also be a bit more pointier rather than rounder. Fakes usually have YA on them or no writing on the weight at all. As mentioned above price is a good indication. If its above 15 dollars its most likely a yamashita, or just a very expensive fake
