I have been trying to locate some Giant Squid for an Exploratorium museum class that occurs in 10 days. I have not been able to secure anything yet, although I have a lead for something in Bahia de Los Angeles. However, it is still not certain.
I have heard rumor that possibly Dr. William Gilly, the famous squid scientist, is presently in Baja right now.
Does anyone out there know if this is true? If so, how can I contact him?
I'm hoping that Dr. GIll would be a person who could lead me to some fresh squid.
