My name is roberto I'm currently working in a scientific - gastronomic project that aims to valorize the culinary potentials of squids.
I'm part of a group of 8 people we are scientists and chefs. the project is based inside the university of Copenhagen.
I'm interested to learn more about Squids, and to get in contact with people that usually fish this tasty cephalopods in the nordic regions.
