Heading Saturday evening due to weather, going togging first then switching over to squid around sunset.
Ill be hitting the GI area, seeing if I can locate them on the sonar.

Fished the GI/Newport bridge area for about 4 hours last night. Terrible squidding, total of 8. Did mark a bunch of squid but there was also bass chasing them. Big bass too, Im dine squidding until the Hyannis run.
See you guys in 2020.

In case anyone down there is thinking of making a run up to CC Canal we have had no luck there. I have a few post on the Mass post with details but it has been beyond slow this fall. I might make the run to Newport one last time this week and if I don't catch any I can get some donuts at my buddies place "Liberty Donuts".

As I was leaving Ft Adams after a day of togging, saw 2 squid boats heading out towards GI.
