I was wondering if anybody has used or knows anything about using a green LED light at night off a jetty immersed in the water to attract squids.

G'day
I was talking to people the other day and one said he used a normal LED set high up on his kayak. He said he saw what he thought was a big shark fin but turned out to be a massive squid flapping on the surface. I use a Light on my jigs

I've heard green and blue are the best colours to use.
