This works better with smaller squid
You need cleaned squid hoods, olive oil, some finger-length 'sticks' of Feta cheese, and some garlic and herbs.
Mix minced garlic, herbs and olive oil, and pour over squid and feta in a shallow dish.
Cover and marinate for 2 hours minimum, turning occasionally.
Stuff the feta inside the squid, and grill 5-10 mins each side.
Strips of green and red capsicum stuffed in with the feta also works well.
