Wales - Pembroke Shire - glen - 13-01-2004

Hi,

I recently was sent a recommended fishing spot in Wales at Pembrokeshire but I suspect access is over private property so i can't really include it in the recommended fishing spots list. Can anyone give me any more information on this spot?

Wales

Pembrokeshire

fishguard harbour

drive to the sea link vessel, carry on past the ticket office until you come to a large gate in front of the brake water. the lock to this gate has siezed so tower the lowest part of the fence to the right. the best fishing spot is of the end cast towards lower town village.

I was also told that the squid caught are called "British Squid". Is this correct?

Also I was told the best time to fish was at dusk.

Cheers, Glen

Glen

I live in Fishguard and fish out of Lower Town. I am interseted in catching squid but don't know best methods or time of year to fish for them, So it's trial and error. Will let you know how I get on.
