Best Squid Fishing Lights

I've done pretty much every type of fishing you can think of, with the exception of squid fishing. I met a guy who caught a cooler full of squid last week that was coming in while I was going out, and I had to ask how he caught them. He had been out all night and showed me his lights. He said he uses underwater lights for attracting the squid to his boat from deep down, then his above water lights keep them up at the surface while he tries to catch them. 

 

I started reading on it and I see a lot of people claim green and blue lights work best for night fishing for squid, but then I came across this article on the best squid fishing lights which references a lab study where warm white / cool white lights actually do a better job at attracting squid.

 

All this being said, can I get some recommendations for good squid fishing lights? What are some things you've learned after night fishing for squid? What color lights work for you?

 

I encourage all tips and tricks, I'm new to squid fishing at night and appreciate anything you guys have to offer.
