Homemade "trolling Spoon" Squid Jig
#1
I needed a light, quick sinking jig to use with my 15 foot telescoping pole (no reel) and couldn't find one to suit my needs...

I like the colors in salmon trolling spoons, and they're cheap, and they flutter pretty nice...

so, I messed around in the basement for a while and came up with this, basically a modded trolling spoon cut up a bit to accomodate a squid hook.
