This One Squid Sauce For Fried Calamari
#1
Theres this one vietnamese place in Pacific Beach on Garnet Ave, in San Diego (just incase if someone ate there before), They served fried squid with this one spicy sweet sauce. It looked like mayonaise with cayene pepper mixed into it, but it tasted creamy sweet and spicy. I dont think there was mayonaise in it, but it may have cayeene in it. I cant find the recipe anywhere. And I dont want to keep eating expensive food all the time for that one appetizer, but its so addictive i cant stop. (that place is a rippppppppp off).

I am guessing a thick coconut milk, with lime, a pinch of sugar, garlic powder and fish sauce (because its vietnamese), and a pinch of cayeene. I havent even tried this recipe yet. I am only guessing.
