questions about home made jigs?
#1
I'm looking to make some home made squid jigs like the commercial style where the body has a stainless steel wire through the center with formed loops on each end. My question is what thickness of wire to use? I was thinking somewhere around .024" which is plenty strong just not sure if it should be more or less flexible? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I know this is old but I used .026, but I'm sure .024 is fine.
