Cheap Squid Jigs around Melbourne
#1
Was just wondering if anyone knows of any specials on squid jigs around Melbourne? Looking for Yammas, Hamishitas, Yo-zuri, Powerbait etc. Or if anyone has any for sale that they could mail out to me for a good price.

Only got cash, mum and dad don't like me using credit cards. I'll look into it though. Still open to suggestions about Melbourne Squid Jigs.

Dominic at Warneet B + T has a sale on now. Might be worth a try.

You don't need a credit card, you can put the cash onto a temporary visa and when it's empty you can toss it or refill it.

That's not much of a sale seeing they sell for $28-$35 each and you can get them from Japan for $8-$11 each.

Not to mention Fishing Fever doesn't stock all the colours in every size.

Mate you said you can get the Evergreens for this price as well.

WHERE? I am keen to find out. I think it is impossible to get them at that price I HAVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE.

From japanese tackle websites.

Don't just use the ones in english, use google translator to use the ones in japanese.

I bought Harimitsu jigs in size #3.0 for $11.70 each, a great deal better than the $35-$40 they sell for in Australia.

Had a look on the websites, japanprofishing, samuri tackle, plat.co.jp. All look good. Getting prepaid ANZ gift card thingy. Probably going to get the white shimano one, and some hammas and yammas.

The barbs on the Shimano jigs are somewhat small and lack an offset, which has been proven to increase hookups and reduce drops.

Overpriced too.

Tried to find better prices than this for the evergreen lures but drew a blank.
