Where to buy bait near St Kilda?

I just recently moved to Prahran from WA. i made the mistake of heading down to st kilda pier baitless thinking i could get some on the way. I found no where that sold some and spent the next 2 hours watching others catch fish. can anyone tell me where i could buy bait from in st kilda or nearby? In WA u could buy it anywhere. Want to go fishing again this week.
