Thanks for the reply wally, I was already thinking of cutting some of the tip off the poles I've seen so far, if I cant find a pole with the action I'm looking for, the only thing that concerns me is if I cut it back, will I loose some of the wippy action in the very tip that is needed to work the jig properly? regards peter d.
