hi all
 
I fished St.leonards tuesday night and the squid where well on the bite from 8pm onwards till top of the tide. I as well as three others on the peir took their bag limit of squid. On thursday however was a different storie with several anglers as well as my self goin home empty handed with my brother getting only two small squid.the water on thursday night was very discolored which id say thats why only anglers fishing directly under lights managed 5 or six but even those too hard work to get.A strong on shore wind wipped up wich is what Id say turned the action off. peterd I understand had a bit better luck at Queenscliff on thursday night.
