nice way of cooking squid

the way i cook my squid is by just getting a bowl with some egg white beating it a bit with a fork and another bowl with some flour with some lemon pepper in another bowl then cut your squid into rings put them in the egg white then the flour and just shallow fry it in a frypan. its a nice mild taste where you can taste the squid and the lemon pepper.
